Are beards acceptable as an incoming analyst?
I don't have a thin or patchy beard it is full and thick. Have the times changed? Any thoughts? Thank you all
If it helps or is relevant: I'm not white (feel free to be completely honest please)

Well groomed beards are completely fine. I know of several analyst who have beards.
A George Michael 5 o’clock shadow type beard is fine.

As others have said—a well groomed beard can be seen from analyst all the way to MD.
Also, especially if you aren’t white people likely won’t comment on it.
Just be sure you can actually grow a beard and you aren’t having stubby gross facial hair lol.
Is it better to have a full beard or trim it down to around a 5 o' clock shadow style and length always?
If you can pull it off, and the people who can do it is not the majority for sure.
