I've been told I look better with a beard, but like I don't wanna have to look ugly just so I can do something like Venture Capital or Management Consulting. So what are your experiences with beards whether it's interviews or like on the job

I have a beard working in AM in London. Never had an issue. You do you, no need to pander to some boomers weird view of the world. Rock it with confidence as you look better with one and fuck anyone that will judge you on such an insignificant thing.
