BB female junior banker dress code

As title, new to the space but wondering what people generally wear? Didn’t do IB summer but starting full time, did s&t summer and people were quite relaxed there. In London.

Would love some brand suggestions :))

Many thanks

Hugo boss always worked for me. Reiss can be a bit risky, it depends. Ted baker can be a hit and miss.

hobbs is ok. It’s cheaper so you risk running into a lot of women wearing exactly the same things which can be odd.

depends on your team as well, but better to be on the safe side when you just start.

shoes wise I tend to go lk bennet, Hugo boss and sometimes ferregamo

thanks! Shoes wise would juniors wear flats/platforms or heels only? Anyone ever go with white trainers? (guessing probably not but tons of traders wear them so)
