If you want something a bit different, Bottega Veneta has a really cool stitching on their leather goods. Personally love their cardholders.
May be a dumb question but is there a reason as to why you (and others) prefer a cardholder over a regular wallet?
Less bulk. I use cards much more than cash so no point in carrying cash in a large wallet.
Just adding to this user, but Bottega is cool and unique because the middle section is open on two sides of the cardholder (top and 1 side) in comparison to the normal one hole at the top.

A lot of these brands mentioned above make garbage quality products at very high prices. You are paying for brand and not high quality leather work. It's clear many of the posters above have no clue what they are talking about.
I recommend going with a smaller company that actually knows what they are doing and aren't charging you a $5000 brand mark up. These guys do amazing work at reasonable prices:

Pretty expensive for Brand X where quality is unknown. At that price point, the famous brands are the better buy.

I've had a gucci wallet for years, and generally like their collection. Not totally boring like hermes, but not as overstated as goyard. A bit larger than the cardholders, but it's always good to carry some cash around.

Montblanc and longchamp have really nice, fairly discreet wallets
I have an Alexander McQueen and love it - super high quality. Subtle enough but will get compliments if you pull it out at the bar.

This is much more of a personal thing. Used to buy cheap simple stuff that looked crappy after 2 years and thats fine. The brands mentioned here all are really nice, I ended up buying a Zegna one to treat myself
Another vote for Tom Ford
First of all I'm a huge advocate of the cardholders. Less real estate in your pockets and it's likely you don't carry that much cash with you anyway so you don't need all that floor space for loose bills that a bifold offers. That being said, Margiela is my go-to. Ridiculously high-quality calf-skin with the quad cross-stich on the back which looks sick. Nice unique piece for an accessory which is otherwise mundane.
