Best Tooth Whitening Treatment or Dentists?
Used to have nice white teeth, but over the past 3 years after I began working, I noticed my teeth have likely gotten a bit stained from drinking coffee regularly despite brushing my teeth 3 times a day
I don’t like whitening strips because the strips sometimes don’t whiten the half millimeter area of tooth closest to my gums.
Anyone use any other type of whitening treatment or have any recommendations for dentists?
General advice from my friends in dental is drink sodas and acidic drinks from a straw. Idk how you would do that for a hot coffee though.

Apparently, it’s good for you as it passes teeth without touching them. Haha.
I never drink coffee, so never had to try.
There should be some tooth whitening DIY kits. Ask anyone with really white teeth

Ask your dentist. Mine made me custom trays and gave a pack of gel syringes. The strips would always overlap on my gums and cause irritation.
