Boots for Work

Looking for a sturdy pair of boots for the winter in NYC - something that I can wear to work. For example, this was the last pair I had:

I loved them, but over the years they've gotten a bit worn and I'm in the market for a new pair. Any thoughts?

Thursdays are a solid choice and probably the best value for the buck out there.  I have a couple pairs of Wolverine 1000 Mile and a pair of Allen Edmonds Higgins Mill I like a lot.  If you want to take a step up from Thursday, check these out:
