Boots for Work
Looking for a sturdy pair of boots for the winter in NYC - something that I can wear to work. For example, this was the last pair I had:

I loved them, but over the years they've gotten a bit worn and I'm in the market for a new pair. Any thoughts?
I rock the exact pair you linked above and love them. This is year #2 for me wearing them.
I'm a big fan of Thursday boots too, but I haven't worn my pair that much/ in inclement weather. I feel like for the price on full leather boots they are hard to beat.
Thursdays are a solid choice and probably the best value for the buck out there. I have a couple pairs of Wolverine 1000 Mile and a pair of Allen Edmonds Higgins Mill I like a lot. If you want to take a step up from Thursday, check these out:
