breathable shoes / health problem

Weird fashion / appropriate attire question.

But I have a health problem.  My I have sensitive skin plus my feet sweat in the summer. So if I wear socks and normal shoes (leather or synthetic office shoes) then I get sores on my feet. These eventually become quite painful.

What can I hack solution can I use instead of traditional office shoes?  My work enviornment is business casual, which means office-type formal shoes are the norm.  My dream would be to wear something like Crocks or the Vivo Barefoot Bloom Ultras (these are my weekend shoes which have holes and can be worn without socks).  But of course those would not work in an office environment. I previously used Italian shoes like Geox or others that had more breathable soles, but those wore out quickly.  How can I solve this problem? These feet sores are killing me.

And before you ask, yes I've seen healthcare providers, and it's not something I can really fix. I guess my skin is just sensitive and my feet just happen to sweat a bit more than most people.  So it's not a defect - I'm just built a bit different.
