Spend more and buy less shirts. Get Eton from Harry Rosen when they are on sale for like $120 - $150 a pop (for plain white/blue/pink). They will last way way way longer than anything else and don't require ironing.
Actually just checked for you too and it looks like they are on sale @ $105 a pop. Go grab a bunch of those and never buy more shirts again.

Can confirm, the ones I own have lasted me several years. Quality is fantastic. It can be tough to find the white and blue ones on sale though.
A cheaper alternative is Brooks Brothers' non-iron shirts. These wrinkle even less than the Etons that I own but are more likely to rip.
I personally like Suit Supply. Decent Price and good quality.
