Charles Tyrwhitt Poplin or twill?
Sorry for the spam today. Last question. Just went to the CT store but saw that there are different weaves. Should I go with the most plain one like this (poplin)

Or with a slightly noticeable weave (twill)

Both 100% cotton
Incoming Summer Analyst so I'm thinking the slightly noticeable weave may be for more senior bankers
What do you guys think?
Poplin is a lighter weave that will be more breathable in the summer. For practical purposes that might make it a better choice.
Thanks for the reply. So it's ok to wear twill as a junior?
Yes. 90% of dress shirts produced are either poplin or twill. No one will care.
Next time please make one post with your questions instead of three.
Perfectly fine. Buy a few of each for variety. I don't think anyone will notice unless they put their face 5 cm away from your shirt.
I currently have 3 whites, 3 blues, and 1 pink. I prefer the twill so should I just get 2 Twill 1 poplin for the whites and blues, and 1 pink twill?
