Please please do not wear a suit and tie. I guarantee this manager doesn't even wear a suit and tie to the office let alone while working from home. Yes, wear something nice -- button down shirt, khakis or dark slacks, maybe a quarterzip or sweater vest. But do not wear an entire suit -- I guarantee he will look you up and down and ask if you just came from a presentation, interview, or wedding. Coffee chats are supposed to be pretty casual, don't overthink it.
