Dress code at the office is business formal. I'll be flying with my colleagues on a Saturday morning from the east coast US to the UK for client meetings that Monday. Post flight Saturday night will probably be shower at the hotel followed by drinks with our UK colleagues. What do I wear to the airport and for 7 hour flight? Sweats? Jeans? Tom Ford 3 piece suit? I'll still technically be "representing the firm" during our travel.

brown/burgundy/tan Dress shoes, blue jeans, white shirt, and your suit jacket is very standard. Don't wear sweats. Don't dress up, as it's a Saturday.

haha, they really do. But, it's ok with jeans What is not ok is wearing any brown variation with grey/black. But, that's reasonable IMO.
