I just ordered four shirts from CT (about $200), and when the package arrived, I was told I need to pay ~$58 for customs COD before I can get the package. This seems fairly bizarre because I have ordered internationally before, and never run into such problems. And second, that's over 25%!! Has anyone else experienced this before - with CT or otherwise?
