1st round yesterday, final round next monday. I wore a dark gray suit the first time, and I only have 1 other that is light gray (pretty light). Would it be ok to wear the same one? If not, is it ok to wear the light gray one?

Wearing the same one is fine. Switch up the shirt/tie combo though. Most people have multiple suits of the same color, so they won't even think about it.

Seconded. Throw on a different shirt/tie combo, maybe a different colored pair of shoes/belt and you're good. I doubt anyone will even notice in the first place.
I literally wore the same thing except for the shirt to all my interviews and it was fine.
No one will remember what you wore to the first interview unless it had polka dots on it.
Wear the same shirt and tie that got you through round 1, don't want to mess with fate
Even if you have just two suits, you need to change them for each round as it may you feel better and creates a good impression.
As a creature of habit and superstition (baseball days lol), i stich with the same gear until it stops working. You don't want to mess up your groove by going a different style. It's like when you go out, and score on three seperate occasions because you had a duck tie on. Don't want to mess with fate.
