You would be crazy not to opt for sneakers or loafers on 99% of occasions. Culture dependent of course... if it's a super white shoe UMM/MF you may be SOL.

First week no. Next week and thereafter once you start getting railed and stop sleeping: wear whatever you want. 

I wore jeans, sneakers, and casual button ups my entire 2nd associate years. I got called out humorously one time because I wore a white t shirt on an MP call, but that was after I stopped giving a flying fuck. 

Obviously don’t do this if the vibes aren’t chill….
