Donovan McNabb Suit

So we are two weeks into the NFL season and NFL.com has hired Donovan McNabb to be part of their "playbook" team (a three man team that delivers a 3-5 minute coverage of each game played).

Does anyone else notice that his suits are almost an entire foot too long? It seems like some sort of 'low riding' only with a suit rather than jeans. Looks rather off. Anyone else see what I am seeing and have an explanation of what exactly is going on here?

trailmix8....and have an explanation of what exactly is going on here?

Deion Sanders and Michael Irvin do the same shit. I don't know why they do it, but I'd imagine it's correlated to why they like their t-shirts extra long too.
