Wear a suit and tie for interviews unless confirmed otherwise by the person you’re speaking with. You can always take a tie off, but you can’t add one as easily.

Right, then still wear a jacket, shirt, and tie but I wouldn't be surprised if your interviewer wasn't wearing a tie.
Shirt tie & blazer no need for pants unless the pre recorded interview asks you to stand up
