Dress code for online 15 minute on demand Bank of America Launchpad Program interview?
Is it best to dress like for a normal interview (jacket and tie) or is it more normal to go more casual?
No clue what launchpad is but suit and tie.

Wear a suit and tie for interviews unless confirmed otherwise by the person you’re speaking with. You can always take a tie off, but you can’t add one as easily.

Right, then still wear a jacket, shirt, and tie but I wouldn't be surprised if your interviewer wasn't wearing a tie.
