Long-story-short, I powerlift, and therefore, I have big quads/hamstrings. I am a 32W, 30L and I also suffer from the fatal, and often life-threatening disease, no-calf syndrome.
I found that Polo Ralph Lauren Classic or Straight Fit Chinos work well, but I am looking for pants that are a bit more dressy. To my fellow squatters, can you please recommend dress pants and/or jeans that fit well for people with an "athletic build?" Thanks WSO!
J crew Bowery are alright. Find a good tailor though. You can take the waist in for $12 and taper below the knee for $20. Just have to fit the butt and thighs.

I would definitely recommend getting tailored pants. seems like u have big thighs and small calves, and it is very hard to find pants that fit nicely in that case
I powerlift as well and have found that Lee makes a version of their Brooklyn straight jeans with slightly elasticated fabric. These have been a godsend because they're the first pair of jeans I found that fit perfectly out of box.
For dress pants, I've had luck with getting classic fit pants from Charles Tyrwhitt which fit my waist and thighs/ass, and then get them tailored to get more of a taper (although my calves are reasonably proportional).
