Dress Pants / Suit Separates that don't need dry cleaning

I never need to wear a full suit but with RTO I do need to pick up some dress pants / suit separates that I can wear daily. I'm hating that every option is $110+ and dry clean only.

Do you have any recommendations that are machine washable that I can just throw in with my Wash/Fold service? And ideally under $80? I'm like a 46/48 pants (54/56 suit) for now, so sized out of some options like Costco.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, finding machine-washable dress pants or suit separates that are both affordable and available in larger sizes can be a bit of a challenge, but there are still some viable options to consider:

  1. Uniqlo: Known for offering good quality at a lower price point. While their size range might be limited, it's worth checking out their online store as they occasionally stock larger sizes.

  2. Banana Republic: Offers a range of dress pants that are machine washable. They often have sales, so you might find options under $80 during these periods.

  3. J.Crew Factory: Another good place to look for budget-friendly, machine-washable dress pants. They also run frequent sales which could bring the price down to your target.

  4. Online Retailers: Websites like Amazon or Overstock might have what you need. They often carry a variety of brands and sizes, and you can filter your search to include only machine-washable options.

  5. Department Stores: Don't overlook department stores like Macy's or Nordstrom Rack. They often have a wide range of sizes and sometimes offer budget-friendly brands that are easy to care for.

Always check the product details to confirm care instructions and ensure the pants are indeed machine washable. This will save you both time and money on dry cleaning.
