Girls/WOC in IB

Hi guys, I just wanted to reach out and ask a quick question on how the naturally curly-headed girls style their hair in finance. During one of my coffee chats, the lady I was talking to kept emphasizing "looking professional," and she made a jab at my hair. I wasn't sure what to say, so I asked if she had advice on how to be more professional in the workplace, and she flat-out suggested I use relaxer/constant heat on my hair and said it was the most efficient approach for me. I don't know if she's being for real, but I have relatively long curly hair, and I was wondering how some of the girls in IB approach it. Thanks so much!
