Maybe wrong forum but I got a gold necklace with a cross my dad gave me when I was 14 and I’ve worn it everyday since. It’s noticeable and maybe half a pointer fingered width in size. Can I wear it to the office? I did during wfh and zoom calls but it means a lot to me but I don’t want to look gaudy.

If you wear a shirt and tie, nobody will be able to see it. If you have an open collar without a tie (WFH), then it would be noticeable from some angles.
Personally, I don't wear any jewelry except cuff links and sunglasses when it is sunny outside.
