Goldman Sachs dress code?
I understand that Goldman changed the dress code a few years ago but do people actually follow it? What should an incoming SA at Goldman wear to the office?

Wear at least a suit (I recommend a tie as well, but up to you) blue / grey to the office at the beginning. You need the suit jacket always in the office in case of meeting a client, but most people just leave their suit jacket around their desk and wear the collared shirt with a tie.
Wear black formal shoes (with laces)
Do not wear strong colored ties as a junior (red)
