How are these Cole Haan shoes for IB?

Any thoughts on the Cole Haan Williams Cap Toe shoes? They look nice but I see part of the sole is rubber (on the heel and the toe), and the leather part of the sole is only in the middle. Will this look bad, and should I opt for a more expensive, fully leather sole shoe? Was going to get these to upgrade from a pair of Florsheims, although those have fully leather soles (besides the heel). Fwiw, I can get these online for around $60 bucks.

Those look like garbage (literally in the Amazon picture the leather uppers looks like it has all kinds of scratches and dents and imperfections in it), and Cole Haan's quality has gone down the drain in recent years. I would check out Bexley, Orbans,, or Meermn for quality shoes at a really low price, though they do cost more than $60 (these brands are in the $130-220 range, but they definitely punch above their price range). I have heard good things about Bexley and Orbans but don't have any. Meermin's are better quality, better looking, and are better finished than Allen Edmonds, but at half the price.
