How important is a hairstyle?

Hello everyone,

I recently got a buzz cut since I got tired of maintaining my hair, and I believe it suits me. I will be applying for summer internships soon, so I wondered how important it would be to have a “standard finance bro” haircut to follow the etiquette. And would my new hairstyle affect the recruitment process since hr might think buzz is a bit extreme for finance? (Want to break into trading/quant or mbb consulting)

Thanks in advance!
