How Many showers do you take a day?
Yes it is a serious question because I read that if you shower twice it is bad for your skin and hair.

Twice a day 3 days a week (gym days) and once other days. Sundays are hit or miss depending whats going on.

oh, but about the skin & hair: showering isn't bad for your skin- your body is 70% liquid shampoo, however, isn't the best for your hair. your hair is doing it's natural thing when it excretes oil consider (if possible) only shampooing once every 2 days
