How Many Suits Do I Need as an IB Analyst?

I am going to be a 1st year IB analyst very soon and I was wondering how many suits I should have. My bank is not in NYC so it is a little laid back in terms of dress code. I currently have two suits: navy and charcoal.

Definately agree with the 3 suits, never know when you have a formal event coming up so mixing in a black is always good.

In terms of ties, I have had good luck finding really nice ones in thrift shops or on Grailed. Actually found a Hermes one at a local thrift and it cost me $10.

Advice for suiting, better to get a sligtly cheaper one but spend the difference on getting it fitted better. And ALWAYS get a second pair of pants, most embarassing moment of intern life was when I had to get coffee's during an S&T gig. Pants ripped tripping while holding a tray of coffee. Had to do the delivery looking like a buffoon.
