How do you wash your suits, and particularly the pants. All of mine says they shouldn't be washed wet.

Take them to the dry cleaners.
Dry clean or if it's only a light stain..I use a lightly wet washcloth..small circles, light pressure not to damage the fabric..
You should only dry clean your suits every now and then as it wears them out quickly so only do it when it needs a cleaning. Buy a nice steamer and steam them to get out wrinkles in between. Helps to have at least a few suits on rotation if you wear them frequently.
Find a senior in another group that you hate.
Wait until you see them with a large cup of coffee or the equivalent. Bump into them but make it look like it's their fault.
Make a huge scene and tell them you just bought this and can't believe they would be so careless and now it's ruined.
Peer pressure them into paying for a new one

Dry cleaners once every 1 or 2 months, along with brushing with a clothes brush every other week.
pants > put in laundry bag and solo wash it with other suit pants in the machine
jacket > dry cleaner
