Interview attire for Healthcare Business?

Hey all,

I have an interview tomorrow at a large Healthcare company (fortune top 6) tomorrow. The position is within their strategy group as an investment analyst. How would you guys recommend I dress? I'm currently in trading at a large AM firm, so I think my typical attire is a bit 'flashy' for the healthcare business?

Do I wear suit & tie? Suit no tie? Or just slacks and shirt? I'm not familiar with the healthcare industry's standards, so I don't want to treat it like a tech company and come in underdressed, but I also don't want to treat it like my current company and come in and be better dressed than the hiring managers.

Anything helps! My interview is with the VP of Finance, if that helps.
