not sure about IBD so I can't speak to that. however, I worked on the trading floor of a BB this summer and they were a cult classic (black / brown leather, but I suppose suede would be ok). are you an intern? I'd err to the more conservative side as this seems like a pretty ballsy choice of attire for a new hire.
