Is a beard a no-go for recruiting?
Hey everyone, I was wondering how beards are viewed in recruiting. Is a clean shave generally expected or is a well-groomed beard fine?

It’s fine so long as you keep it trim/clean. You aren’t playing for the Yankees… Think about it this way, if someone was that much of a hardo that they dinged you for having a short beard, would you even want to work for them in the first place? Sounds like a miserable boss.
