Is it cringe to wear company merch
Hi,
I am a first year analyst at a tier 1 BB but smaller office, I have a pretty nice quarter zip with the company logo on it, but no one in the office seems to wear the company merch. Is it too weird to wear it?

No one will care. I wouldn't wear it on a date or anything like that, but totally fine going to work, at work, or coming home from work.
How is any different than wearing college gear on campus? I agree w the above - don’t act like it’s a flex and wear it everywhere - but I’d rock any free gear as long as it’s nice.

If my company makes good merch I wear it. Im a simple man. A lot of my gear is North Face which I personally find high quality and comfortable.
