It's best not to stand out - at least in the beginning. If you're going to stand out let it be for your work. With that said, if your work is excellent than nobody cares whats on your feet.
just like when you visit a foreign country, you shouldn't be flashy, try to blend in, be remembered for your work product, not your attire. if your LV bag has LV all over it or a giant metal LV buckle, probably best saved for when you become full time, if it's more subtle, sure.
Woman sounding off here - stick with non-flashy basic color heels. Think Cole Hann. For the bag - depends on the bag - if it is plastered with logos - no. If it is just the metal embel -probably fine.
