sorry for a newb question - if your bank is biz casual (slacks/shirt no tie), can you just wear a suit jacket when your going to work? how would that be any different from a blazer? i'm not really good at fashion...
Wear shirts and pants to work. Leave your tie and suit jacket at work just in case. That's the best way to go.
