Long Hair in high Finance
Is longer hair acceptable for high finance and Wall Street? I know companies are sticklers but I have zero idea what is and isn't dress-code.

I was just wondering this exact thing. I have what would be considered medium length that i like to slick back. I work in a back office role anyway, not sure if that affects how acceptable it is
I think what is more important is looking neat irrespective of what length of hair you have. It’s just easier to look neat with short hair but doesn’t mean you can’t with long hair too. A good trim can do wonders
