Long Hair in Investment Banking

It's been a long quarantine, and my hair has grown to an impressive length. I'm about two months out from having some serious flow (ie. Fabio Lanzoni-ESC goodness). All my life I've never been able to really grow my hair out because of expectations, professional/familial pressures etc... Naturally, I'm excited to grow my hair out, but pensive considering the potential impact on my perception in the office. Should I commit to the flow or is it time to let it go? What sort of things can I except having long hair in an IB office? What is your office's grooming standard?

Do it

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

“Destiny is a gift. Some go their entire lives, living existences of quiet desperation, never learning the truth that what feels as though a burden pushing down upon their shoulders is really a sense of purpose that lifts us to greater heights. Never forget that fear is but the precursor to valor, that to strive and triumph in the face of fear is what it means to be a hero. Don’t think. Become.”
