MM Attire

First day at an MM in the south is coming up, what should I wear? Full suit? Dress shirt + Chinos? I get the whole idea of wearing a suit on the first day to play it safe, but I’m also worried about potentially looking like a dweeb right off the bat (I know, it’s silly).

Day one - suit and tie, always. Gauge the room, monkey see monkey do thereafter based on the prevailing dress code around you (likely unfashionable). However, there is a case to be made in dressing for your next job. Never be afraid to dress the part for fear of not being “one of the boizz”. Start looking like a banker and you’ll start feeling like a banker, and soon … you might just start acting like one.

Good luck!
