New York Fits for Summer

All,

I'm moving to the city in July from Texas and have heard going out clothes are quite a bit different... any color on what a standard finance guy fit is for going out? Specifically advice on brands / what to wear, thanks!!

It’s NYC. Wear whatever the hell you want there are no rules (unless you’re going to fancy places which is unlikely). I really only wear jeans, sneakers, and a tee shirt/Henley/sweater or sweatshirt depending on the temp. Tbh…avoid the finance bro look (Patagonia vest, button down, chinos, loafers).
