Office Return: Allbirds for the office?

Probably depends how formal the office is/was, but I would think. My office was pretty casual pre pandemic, so my goal is to stretch it even more. If not Cole Haan always has good options that are a little more dressy but still look/feel like sneakers.

They've been worn in my former office many years before the pandemic... though we've had a diversity of footwear selections, from wingtips to Jordan IVs

I wouldn't think of Allbirds as making a provocative statement, go for it and don't look back. Lots of people take their shoes off after 9PM in IB anyways

Used to keep at pair at my desk when I was in banking and would rock them later in the evening after senior people had left / meetings for the day were finished

Depends on bank / group, but if you're in a tech-focused / oriented coverage group, a good bit of people from my experience wore allbirds. Granted the group attire was casual, allbirds can fit in well with most attire
