What are some of your favored shirtmakers? I personally prefer Charvet ,Turnbull & Asser and ,at times, Tom Ford.

Charvet is the best - particularly at the store in Place Vendome where they make custom ones that run about $450/each. On the very good, but reasonable side I've always been a fan of Thomas Pink.
I agree with you on Charvet. Bespoke is the best choice. Not to keen on Thomas Pink though. Although I was into Duncan Quinn for a while there.
You guys are fucking insane for even thinking about buying a shirt for $450.
In my opinion, quality starts to plateau at about $100, especially online.

There are very few pleasures such as those enjoyed through a bespoke shirt and suit. Don't get me started on shoes.
Agree with Imakeitrain. Something else getting bespoke items.... you actually do not want to go back to off-the-shelf after that
