Be more interested in the training and opportunities to explore. SIG are a lot more corporatey. There is a good chance of someone interviewing you at DRW in a penguin suit, to compare the two on an anecdote.

yeap im in dublin, but i do not know what's the structure of the interview like, and except bayes theorem?
SIG interviews have got to be the most documented interviews ever. I don't understand how people don't just look at glassdoor and call it a day.
