Get a replacement or a pair of slacks to match the color...this might not work if you really need to be formal but I found my navy Dockers to be a helluva lot more comfortable for daily use than a thin pair of suit pants. Slacks are way more durable, no shine with wear and when you need to be more formal you can just throw on a suit jacket.
Two 'Hail Mary' options
1. Find a brush that scruffs up the fabric a bit. Some girls have this. Borrow it and give it a whirl.
2. Try washing them in a regular washing machine, and then machine drying them.
At this point, they're toast, might as well give it a shot and see what happens. You can also just try not letting anyone see your backside, but I suppose that would work better in an episode of Seinfeld than real life.
I read somewhere that a mix of vinegar and water will help, along with a light brush. It's a Hickey Freeman, so no separates. I'm afraid I may have to buy a new suit.

Buy a new pair of pants if you bought separates (actually, I always buy an extra pair of pants with separates.)

CTshirts.com does separates and has a better cut than a Hickey Freeman. Done.
