Summer Intern Dress @ Wellington Management
Working summer internship at Wellington. Dress is business formal. Thoughts on collar spread? button-down or spread? Culture is conservative. Thanks.

Business formal means suit and tie. Tie (generally) means no button down collars. If it's conservative, I'd stick with a neutral spread and no button down. I wear wider spread collars but I adapt depending on the situation.
