The problems of being swole and wearing a suit

Thanks to generally being out the door by 7.30 and not working weekends I am able to dedicate a fair bit of time to my hobby of amateur weightlifting. Although it gives me an awesome physique, the one downside of it is that my suit pants wear out too quickly. Specifically the area around the crotch wears out and gets a big hole in it.

I buy my suits with 2 sets of pants to lengthen their lives, however that only takes me so far. In the past year I have gone through 3 sets of pants that have been ruined beyond repair, and this is despite alternating both suits and pants. Its getting a bit expensive since each set of pants that I buy is around the £100 mark (this is London). I recently got through two sets of pants from TM Lewin for this very nice suit I had. I went in there to see if I could buy more trousers but they didn't have that line any more. Strangely much cheaper pants from Marks and Spencer seem to last a bit longer, but they are nowhere near as nice.

My brothers of gym and banking, how do you solve the issue of crotch holes in pants?
