If it’s for summer analyst would wear a tie to be safe
Probably going to get MS for this, but no tie = no offer....
Sat on an options desk, and the analyst quite literally wore blue jeans and jordan’s. But in an interview…yea dress to impress
FWIW, it's still possible to wear a tie and dress shirt on top with jeans and Jordans on the bottom. Not that I'd recommend that either.
Always tie for an interview, you can adjust on the first day of work.
