Please give me some recommendations for brands to shop at for work! I am after good quality shirts and trousers that won’t necessarily make me stand out but also won’t make me look like every other guy in the office. My office doesn’t have an overly conservative dress code.

I personally wear a 3-piece suit with a top hat and monical. Older clients love it and the younger one's think its trendy.
In all seriousness I think wear whatever is comfortable/work appropriate. I think the Lulu ABC's are cool (even though I don't own any) and a easy to wash dress shirt is fine. Everyone younger than 35 wear some form of sneakers that are ok for the office but if you're meeting client a suit is mandatory.
5 Charles Tywitt shirts, 5 dress pants from any store on Michigan Ave, couple quarter zips, couple golf polos, and a couple vests and call it a day
