Undershirts for tall dudes

I swore I would never ask a fashion related question on WSO, but fuck it. I have a tall/lean build and I'm looking for v-neck undershirts that: 1) that are extra long and don't come out of a waistband 2) can't be used as a fucking parachute. Any suggestions?

My buddy actually left equity research and founded a company making exactly that - under shirts that are slim fit and extra long so they don't come untucked. I've got several and they're the only undershirts I wear. His web site kind of sucks at the moment, but it gets the point across: UnderFitShirts.com. You might want to give 'em a try, I know he's sold several hundred to bankers/PE guys in NYC.

Im 6ft5 and have tried everything, I recently found Tommy Johns at Nordstroms and they are GOLD. I will never buy anything else again. Slimfit kind of stretch cotton that stays tight on you so no parachute effect and super long too.

I've tried everything from Hanes to Neiman Marcus (both terrible btw). By far the best I have found are Lands End undershirts. They are very soft, have stayed that way through several washings, and you can order them in Tall (or perhaps it's called Long). I'm around 6'1 and 190 lbs with an athletic build, and these work great for me. Tuck these into your underwear and tuck your fitted or tailored dress shirt into your pants and you won't have any blousing.

I'll second Stafford from JC Penny. I research undershirts a couple years ago and came across a number of recommendations for them. I grabbed some and really like them. The ones I have are a bit thicker/heavier than the Hanes and FOTL you normally see so that might not be your cup of tea but they are pretty long and would be near impossible to get to come untucked unless you are specifically trying to do it.

Regards
