Hmmm, their design is very related to Hermes so you might want to go with something more subtle. That being said I don't think it would be a huge deal. A friend of mine got a tie from them for his birthday and I absolutely love them. I still think $75 for a screen printed tie is outrageous, but it is better than $175 for a Hermes.

You can go to Macey's and find some decent ties for $15-20 bucks. I have a bunch of Nautica ties. Good thickness and they tie real well. Some I trash, others I will keep.

With ties, you pretty much can't go wrong.

Many people wear vineyard vines ties, Hermes ties, Ferragamo, etc. As long as you feel comfortable wearing the tie, no one will give you grief for it.

They're definitely fine for an SA, though I agree with Anthony that $75 is too steep for printed ties (or any tie for that matter that's not seven fold).

your tie isnt going to get you an offer, or lose one. Im not a fan of vinyard vines or their patterns, but hit up Macys, Nordstrom Rack or many other places for a sale rack. Marshalls, if they have those in NY, always has decent ties for 15-20$.
