Wearing ties
Having just started my analyst job at a BB I found that most people do not wear ties at the office.
I am currently in trainings but found that another analyst uses ties for the trainings everyday. Do you think its fine if I wear ties from time to time given I like it even though almost no one uses them?
Why not start with a tie and then see how it pans out.
Better to be overdressed than get a rep for being under dressed.
