What to wear first-day WFH
I start my role as a first year analyst next week. Do I need to wear a full suit and tie still working from home or can I get away with just a white shirt? During my virtual interviews the dress code seemed pretty lax with most interviewers wearing shirts, but not sure whether or not to overdress on the first day.
First day, toss on a button up and tuck it into your pants, have a tie and jacket nearby just in case.
Get the vibe from people and adjust accordingly for day 2.
Nothing wrong with being overdressed on day one.
The guys on my team usually wear polos. Don’t wear a suit but I’d have on a collar to be safe
