Lose the Chick-fil-a. I love that place but it's def not great for keeping up the body. Opt for places like Sweetgreen, Little Beet, Naya, Cava, Dig Inn etc. Honestly Chipotle isn't the worst as long as you get a bowl, brown rice, and no cheese or sour cream. It's super high in sodium so you'll definitely have water retention working against you there but if you are ordering seamless, be cognizant about what ingredients you can eliminate so that your food is more lean and/or nutritious.

Given we are WFH right now, I'd recommend just doing basic groceries and cooking simple meals (ie chicken breast & veggies, ground turkey, lean steak every now and then etc) if you're concerned about the effect your diet is having on your physical appearance.
