What's the interview attire expectation these days?
Hi all. I'm a public equities analyst with several years of experience. I was wondering what the dress code expectation is these days, virtually and in-person. For in-person interviews, I default to full suit and tie. However, for virtual ones, I've had some where it was okay to rock business casual (with the interviewer wearing normal casual), but I'm never too sure. I feel like asking the interviewer if I'm supposed to wear a suit would come across as naive.
I usually do suit no tie now
I've been doing suit no tie in person, and just casual on zoom.
